Submit Your Application
Complete the form on this page or email us at admissions@sparkedmindsacademy.ca. Include your name, current grade level, and a brief note about your educational goals. No fee to apply.

Admissions Review
Our team reviews your application and previous transcripts within 2 business days. We look for motivated students — not perfect marks. If you want to learn, we want to hear from you.

Welcome Call
We schedule a brief call with you (and your parent/guardian if applicable) to discuss your goals, answer questions, and walk through your personalized course plan.

Enrolment & Orientation
Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to your student portal, be introduced to your academic mentor, and complete a short orientation to get started. Most students begin within one week of acceptance.

How It Works
Admissions Requirements
Is Sparked Minds Academy officially accredited?
Yes. Sparked Minds Academy is accredited by the Ontario Ministry of Education. Our OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) is internationally recognized and accepted by universities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and many other countries worldwide.
Can international students apply?
Absolutely. We welcome students from around the world. Because our program is fully online, students can learn from anywhere. International students must provide English-language transcripts (or translated versions) and confirm basic English proficiency.
How does online learning work?
Students access coursework through our secure online portal — on their own schedule. Each student is also assigned a dedicated academic mentor who meets with them regularly to review progress, provide guidance, and ensure accountability. Online doesn’t mean alone at Sparked Minds.
What is the cost of enrollment?
Tuition varies based on the number of courses and the program chosen. Please contact us at sunillalit@yahoo.com for a detailed fee schedule tailored to your enrollment plan. We are committed to transparent, fair pricing.
How quickly can a student start?
Most students begin within one week of acceptance. After your welcome call and enrollment confirmation, your account is activated and your mentor will be in touch to complete your orientation and course setup.
